Welcome to Cayman Airways Virtual! We are a serious virtual airline, always welcoming talented, enthusiastic and professional flight sim enthusiasts. If you are not prepared to put in a few hours a month then this is probably not the virtual airline for you.
You would think our new pilots would be silly not to fly with us as soon as they signed up, we ask that you fly at least once within the first 14 days of being accepted! Our pilot roster is gradually expanding but we like to keep it as efficient as possible for our loyal members. All that being said, we give the "boot" to those pilots who haven't been able to fly within 30 days. Of course, if this happens to you for some reason, no need for mass chaos, Just re-apply and we'll put you back on the roster.
Terms and Conditions
1. ALL APPLICANTS must be over the age of 13 (or have parental permission)
2. Applicants need a valid copy of MS Flight Simulator 2004 or Flight Simulator X.
3. All pilots must maintain a valid email address on file and will receive emails from FlyCay.
4. FlyCay Staff reserve the right to revoke membership of any virtual pilot.
5. All new pilots will start off as a 'First Officer', however FlyCay does accept transfer hours. You will be upgraded to the appropriate rank.
6. All pilots must fly once every month otherwise submit a leave of absent request for a maximum of one year. Failure to do so will result in removal from FlyCay.
7. All pilots must be active on the Vatsim Network and must maintain a professional appearance bearing the callsign "Cayman".
8. All pilots must join our Forums and our Teamspeak in order to complete the application process.
