VAFS4 Version 4.0.1.16 Released

- Fixed upload multiple bug, there was a comma added to the string which should not have been there.
- Fixed regional settings where it would not recognize location with anything other than en-US number and currency settings. This was also causing erronious data being sent in at flight completion.
- Set ACARS tab back to the start when starting a flight instead of the financial data
- Added cargo information for cargo flight penalties instead of passenger complaints.
- Changed flap and gear checks to indicated airspeed from true airspeed.
- Increased bank angle for penalties from 31 degrees to +- 40 degrees
- Changed start rating to 100 and removed the +5 for arriving on time (this was causing confusion and wrong ratings at end of flight)
- Option for what type of block times have been added (Local, flight sim local, and flight sim zulu
- Fixed the 2 dollar signs that showed up in the account balance of the pilot
- Added streaming radio that is controlled by your COMM2 radio
- Added custom volume controls for radio

**NOTE: In order to hear the radio within VAFS you must start your flight (after all preflight screens)

The sixteenth version does not fix any problem.

The All Flights Available tab still DOES NOT show ALL flights of Cayman Airways virtual airline. For example, you will not find 73X or 777-200L flights in all available flights. You may not find a flight in that tab that is supposed to be there.

To get around, use filter and put airport code where you are certain that 73X or 777-200L operates from and click on filter button. PRESTO!! You see the flights you want!!!

Yep, got to remember that this program is new so it will have some bugs and I'm sure the bugs are being sorted.

Is this an automatic update or do we have to go download it from the web site? The past few updates have been required upon log in to VAFS, but I do not recall having to do that yesterday when I logged in. Of course, that could have been before they released it, too.

Tim,

You would need to go to website to download. However, Jon has provided link for download in this post therefore saving your time not going to VaFinancials website to download.

Also, when you open VASF4, you will get automatic announcement for upgrade which will block you from running VASF4 therefore forcing you to upgrade first.

I would recommend testing it using MWCR-MWCB route.
