VAFS flight not uploaded

Hi everyone!

The other day I completed a MWCR-MMCZ flight and everything seemed to upload ok. But I just noticed that the hours haven't been counted and don't appear under Total flight hours. The flight does appear in the personal logbook as uploaded though!

Any ideas?

Hey Richard,

Welcome to the forums sir, happy to have you here with us! Are you able to re-upload that flight from your personal flightlog? If not, please simply copy the entire VAFS generate flight log and paste it into our Contact form on the main page. Your account will be updated ASAP.

Okay, for certain this is how I do it:

1). Go to www.vafinancials.com and click on the Pilot Center . . .

2). Login using your VAFS account information for flycay (username and password)

3) go to Check/Upload flights

4) (go to that address) C:\Program Files\VAFINANCIALS\VAFS\flights\view_flights.htm

5) Upload the documents in the flights foler "view_flights.htm"

6) A series of different flights will show up, the flight log of the flight you did not upload will appear at the top... click PROCESS

6)... okay i've said enough the rest is done for you ^^
