Good day to you all,
We are working on re-making our route page on the main site, link here:

What I am wanting to eventually have is one hub manager for each of our 4 hubs. What does the job entail you ask?
- Providing charts for the hub, approach, departure and taxiway charts. These charts must be kept up to date if their are any updates.
- Providing statistics about the hub, traffic handled daily, monthly, annually, predicted holding times, taxi times from each terminal, any other information that pilots may find valuable about that individual hub.
- Routes to and from the hub, the staff team will assist you with this but we would like to have a list of routes available to and from each hub to make flight planning a breeze in the near future.
- Weather updates will need to be made, or at the least a link to where we can find weather updates regarding the area around the hub.
- Feedback to pilots, each manager will be given a CAY email address example:
johndough@flycay.com
If any questions come in from the pilots you must be willing to answer them in a polite, appropriate manner, and do this quickly and efficiently. We want feedback to be available promptly as we are trying to run an efficient operation here.
- A brief spiel about the hub, personal experiences, photographs etc.
Each hub will eventually get it's own individual web page, displaying all information mentioned above. Hub managers must be active pilots and active in our forums and be willing to attend weekly meetings on our teamspeak.
If you are interested in being a hub manager either email me, jonceo[at]flycay[dot]com or reply in this thread with the hub that you would like to manage. Your application will be reviewed by our staff, and if accepted you will receive a letter from us letting you know, if at any time you are unable to fullfill your duties we ask that you send in a leave of absence atleast a week prior to your absence so we can find a suitable replacement and if you are unsure of your duties or feel you need help don't hesitate to ask, we are here to help you!
