Denver is a major gateway to the western portion of USA
with many flights arriving and departing throughout the day

Why wouldn't you fly to this?

Are you talking about from Grand Cayman to Negril? If so, yes, the twin otter has a range to manage that route.... the twin otter can go all the way from Grand Cayman to Cancun even :)
