Help can't join

Im having problems joining. Every time i put in all of my information and then submit it gives me this error... Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ']' in /home/flycayco/public_html/apply/sendmail.php on line 24
Ive tried it on IE firefox and safari.. none work. My friend is also having problems so i assume the problem is on your side.:confused::confused:
