Operations at the White Plains Club were all ready to begin. All that had yet to be accomplished was the delivery of one of the two Cayman Cessna 206's to White Plains. After being painted in GCM, VP-FXB was ready to find it's final home. The first leg would be an early morning one from MWCR to KFXE, Ft. Lauderdale Executive airport.
