SGBR problem !!!

bonjour voila I purchased simarket Airport LATINVFR - LATIN HUB SAO PAULO GUARULHOS SBGR, I installed and I added to my library and sets sao paulo_SBGR Sao paulo_Terrain, and when I start a flight of SBGR fligth simulator restarts! but when I uncheck cons in my library sets Sao paulo_Terrain there is a problem, actually I can access the airport without the ground! what should I do? thank you in advance for your help and sorry for my writing I'm French ..

bonjour voila he comprado simarket Aeropuerto LATINVFR - LATIN HUB SAO PAULO GUARULHOS SBGR, he instalado y he añadido a mi biblioteca y establece Sao paulo_SBGR Sao paulo_Terrain, y cuando empiezo un vuelo de reiniciar el simulador de SBGR Vuelo! pero cuando lo desactive los contras de mi biblioteca establece Sao paulo_Terrain hay un problema, de hecho puedo acceder al aeropuerto sin el suelo! ¿Qué debo hacer? Gracias de antemano por su ayuda y lo siento por mi forma de escribir soy francés

First of all which version of FS are you using,

if you are using FS9 you must have FS9.1 installed

if you are using FSX, you must use FSX SP2 / acceleration.
