Hey, i want you do LAS americas intl airport. Is a good airport and is bigger than ST.MARTEEN.
Las Américas' runway direction is 17/35. This runway is the largest in the country, and one of the largest in the Caribbean, with a length of 3,355 m. It can support an Airbus A380.The runway of SDQ was last renovated in June 2008.The old taxi-way was also renovated and converted into a full blown runway
Why i want you do this scenery?
Because the dominican aerodromes airport is very old and is not update

MDSD is better is bigger and better for me.

MDSD is better is bigger and better for me.
Not so sure, MDPC has more traffic and in terms of size I believe both are the same (with MDPC having more parking positions).
stay tuned in the coming months you should now.

yeah, i know that MDPC recive more trafict and more passeger but tropicalsim had do a grat mdpc airport. Thats the reason that i want you do MDSD. And other reason is that Dominican aerodromes MDSD is old and is not update. But if you do MDPC i will happy too.

Although Domaero already done the majority of Dominican airports including Las Americas, Puerto Plata, La Romana and Punta Cana. and are very good, Lagos and also Tropicalsim already have the scenery of Punta Cana.

Yes, I am more inclined into developing MDSD, but I feel MDPC needs a very good scenery, with the beaches, the resorts, photo real water (FSX), all of that makes Punta Cana special.
you know not only a detailed airport but also a very good VFR version. Just imagine you have flown 8 hours from Europe and you are descending to Punta Cana you see the beaches the resorts etc... awesome.
But who knows perhaps we can do both airports in the future.
By the way, announcement, we have began work on our next project which is an airport in the Caribbean, so expect more word from that soon!

Ricardo, when you relase MDSD, it will support AES.
I will happy if it will have AES.
Thanks!!!
Ricardo_LatinVFR
06-02-2010, 07:58 PM
Hi, AES support doesn't depend on me, it depends on the developers of AES. I will always try to make all our airports AES compatible, be that MDSD or SCEL.
Though, SLSU can't become AES compatible becuase of the sloped runway and other reasons.

Perhaps in the future once the imagenisim TJSJ becomes obsolete we can do it, LatinVFR style.
But for now is not TJ, so you can discard Puerto Rico.

Yes, well the problem with our airport that we are developing is that, the other letter after the T, only has very limited amount of airports and if we give away the other letter, we might as well be giving the name. B)

Thanks for that.
MDSD we are planning to do this year. Right now we are finishing with TTCP (its really beautiful). We have also began ground work on another Latin Hub in South America. Then after that we are to do one in Central America, after that we hope to do MDSD. Time frame can't say, but we are working full time to bring these airports out soon, our work habit is often more than 70 hours a week.
So things are going as they should so far and at a steady and efficient rate.
