Hello to all of you!

I just signed up as a new pilot and wanted to say hi...I live in Las Vegas and wish I was in the Caribbean for real! Oh well, i will suffer with the heat here for now!

I got a couple of quick questions for anyone, and I also emailed jon with them as well:

I had already installed VASf3 from a previous VA I still fly with (Fed Ex)...How do I use it for both VA's?
2) I downloaded on of the aircraft from the site- I think the DHC-6...When I unzip it there is a .AIR file which is the installer...When I click it it gives me a file corrut error and won't allow me to install..I have seen the same error with that file type on many of the flightsim.com library acft lately...Is there a secret to getting that file to run?

Thanks to all of you and see ya soon!

Welcome to the airline.
You seem to be misleaded, the .AIR file is not an aircraft installer, it holds vital aircraft data that it requires to run. The majority of aircraft packages will simply come in one folder if they don't require any guages. Simply place that folder in your "aircraft" folder on your Flight Simulator 2004 installation. If the aircraft does require 3rd party guages and sounds the folders will be labeled and they should be placed corresponding to your FS installation.
