On Avsim. Just type water into miscellaneous files and you will have a range of textures to choose from. The one that I have comes with water, new highways, new beaches photorealistic forests and more. I think that it is just called water textures, however you can choose what you like:)

The water I have now is called Real enviroment pro. It comes with clouds new RWY and taxiway textures plus much more. It is by far the best freeware. If you want it go to AVSIM go to fs 2004 and type in water effects, go to page three and scroll down until you see Real Enviroment Pro. Trust me you'll like it:)!!!

The comment above this is not the same water pakage as the screenshots, it's better!!!! I do suggest that you try it, it is oustanding!!!
