Hi Mauricio,
I really would love to tell you right now what it is, but it must be kept secret for a few more weeks. The release which is expected if everything is well on October is going as scheduled ( so far we have advanced tremendously). take note we would have been working for 4 months (thus the biggest project we have done) so it will be something a lot of people will like and be surprised on what it is. I can't say no ICAO nor the place or country yet because I don't want to have people speculating... but I am hoping to have an announcement first week of October, if earlier it will be great.

I already know it but I will not say a word... :D
But be shure this will be something great!
By the way: Oliver Pabst today wrote that he is working on some LVFR-airports to get them supported with AES within the next time.
So allways great news here. rockon

Thank you Immanuel. We are working differently now with this new scenery which will be assured 100% Product of LatinVFR (free of controversies this time). This next airport we have also made it compatible with AES so it will be a great addition.
Small hint on the airport announcement, now that we are talking about AES, the airport has more than 100+ jetways.... no more till next week!

+100 jetways,Ricardo?!
Oh my!!!
Few airports have so many jetways.
By saying that we can assume it's a major hub, can't we?
I would love to hear you say it's KMIA.

Well its not TNCS... Building on USA airports Miami (YAY!!!) Is my first guess... other than that, I guess it'd be MWCL XD
Very interesting! I hope it will be an airport that isn't allready out by anyone else... I guess that latin vfr goes latin again.:-)

This smells like Miami to me. "no controversies this time" (=you re-started the project "on your own"), it's got more than 100 gates, it has been done many years ago by FT but their version is no longer current... So I guess and I hope it is Miami. My understanding is also that FSDT is not doing Miami.
Let's wait for your announcement. Just that this actually is the first week of October

Well, I can't confirm nor deny anything at this point, until the official announcement... I know a lot of speculation could be raised based on what I said, but let us wait a bit more a few more days (next week at latest)... want to do the announcement with some very good screen shots... but based on your speculation there you are not too far from reality....

Ricardo, if the new airport is KMIA, it's going to be a BIG hit. KMIA is one of the most popular aiports, there is always traffic flying in or out of KMIA on VATSIM. I think everyone knows that, I always saw KMIA as a gold mine for scenery developers, I don't know why all these developers didn't jump at the chance of doing that airport. Scenery devs really played around when it came to KMIA and I don't know why because it's such a popular airport.

I agree with you.
I really hope for a KMIA announcement here.Such a big and important hub that unbelievably hasn't been made yet.
I didn't want to spoil the suspension but if i put two and two together, (the long ago one seems to be Flytampas Scenery) it is the home of detective Tubbs and detective Sonny Crockett...:D

Maybe Houston (KIAH). One the largest hubs in the USA for flights to South and Central America.
I dont know.... to many airports with 100+ gates.

Well, if i am not too wrong: KMIA has indeed a RWY 08R. Canīt wait!!! I love the LatinVFR sceneries... No one else is
bringing so much typical athmosphere and details into the scenery than the LatinVFR guys.

well yes.. we have posted an image of a runway... rwy 08R... expect an announcement this week!
-I think we are barking up the wrong tree. Maybe it will be another Florida Airport, or Maybe Texas? Since taxi2gate is about to develop KMIA and FSDT seem to have anounced it too, it's rather unlikely that it will be KMIA...

Another airport in Florida besides KMIA with more than 100 jetways? We shall remember that there's already a KTPA and KFLL version done by FT and FSDT.I wouldn't bet in an airport in Texas. There's already FSDT's DFW.I don't find that doing another texan airport would be a good idea.
I also don't believe that T2G can do such a big project like KMIA since they can't even provide a decent costumer support.
I keep betting on KMIA.rollseyes
-Hello Ricardo, I would be happy if you convinced me otherwiserollseyes o, I read some earlier posts in this forum stating you that KMIA is cancelled, as it is obviously done by FSDT. And Intersim has handed over it's KMIA project to taxi2gate, so it's just another speculation, but speculation is fun B)

Hi,
Well, you are doing a great job of trying to persuade me into saying something I wish to still hold for a few more days. But I can't... reason why I must say this when ready is because we do not wish to look like them when they say they will do X airport... instead in a couple of days we will announce with screenshots and say by when it should be released (and in this subject we have had 99% accuracy in projecting a date) so let us wait patiently and have this important announcement to the world be delivered in the appropriate time in a way that is credible to many many people waiting for this scenery.

Airports with 100+ gates, that have a R/W 8R, and hasnt been made for FS in a long time.
1) KIAH
2) KMIA
3) KATL
I can not think of any other airports that would fit this description other than PHNL, but that was done not to long ago by FSDT. However, KMIA is being done by Taxi2gate, and KATL was recently updated by imaginesim. KIAH was last done by Simflyers for FS2002, then patched for FS2004.
I dont know.... can we have another hint? Nevermind, I can wait a few more days. ;)

I didnt dismiss them. CYVR only has about 70 gates (unless my research was wrong), and EGKK was completely redone this year by UK2000.

Well, there have been some comments regarding the screenshot. Yes the threshold lines are quite simply a work in progress, and we are working on them. You see what kind of buzz that releasing screenshots when they are not ready to be released? This is precisely why we are taking our time in announcing this project, so that people don't say that this "mediocre" or things like that, or that company "X" would have done a better job etc. I am sure the biggest skeptics of our work will see something interesting in this when we announce it.
Also there is the talk without any proof about us using work from others.. yes in the past we have made some terrible mistakes but NO LONGER again shall we make stupid business arrangements with people that don't deserve seriousness, I think I am not that stupid as to 'buy' an airport form someone again after what happened (even though I had to in the end pay for scenery models I did not use) This new scenery is 100% LatinVFR in all senses, no one would be able to claim anything since we haven't even thought of buying models nor anything from anyone. And about the work from others this scenery won't be released before it is checked and verified that we haven't done this so that no doubts are raised at all.
So sit back, relax and this week you shall see.

I think you are referring to was said in a thread that i created in FSDT's forum.
I'm so sorry about that, Ricardo.
I had the best of intentions when i opened that thread because i know a lot of people who wants a KMIA scenery for FSX.
I know it's not even confirmed yet and i said that there.
But unfortunately there are people who take pleasure in speaking bad things about the others.
I'm so sorry.
