Fuel availability at MKJP

Do I have a faulty installation of MKJP? I notice that fuel pumps or trucks are not available in my Ver. of MKJP (FSX). I am guessing its a bad install, considering this scenery represents an international airport. I am just not sure how to fix it and I don't want to go through the hole uninstall reinstall process if there is a simple fix. Could someone in the know please advise me?

Hi, you mean static fuel pumps and trucks? just statics? in FSX if you have airport vehicle animation density you should see them
