I am sort of unhappy with the way that our fleet system works. I don't like the fact that a first time user can fly the A330 from GCM to Heathrow. I think there should be a rank system that you need to advance through to be able to fly certain planes. In addition, I think there should be a type rating system where 100 hours in a certain plane qualifies you for a type rating.


I also strongly recommend the Overland A320's implementation into the Fleet as a replacement to the 732 and 727. Yes, I know the 732 is part of the real world fleet, but at the very least the 727 should be retired in my opinion.

Just suggestions.

the 727 is a cargo plane so it doesnt make sense to retire it, and the replacement to the 732 is going to be the 737-700 like the real world airline is doing

The A320 can carry a greater payload, not to mention fly-by-wire. The A320 is an overall more sensible option for our airline.
