Shalom Sir or Madam,

I had successful Vatsim/SB4 flight from MWCR to KTPA without any problem using CAY pilot Williams' theory of turning off default and add-on AI traffic and I was doing well on return flight from KTPA to MWCR only to find out that SB4 froze which resulted into freezing FSX FIVE MINUTES away from MWCR meaning I lost the flight.

Enclosed here as seen below on bottom is the proof of my flight that was frozen by SB4 and FSX. From looking at the proof of the screenshot, would you please see what you can do to restore the flight hours of 1.2 and pilot pay of 1800 VASF3 dollars to my CAY017 account please?

Aharon ... Shalom to you as well.

Most of the time, a pc will freeze because of hardware not wanting to play nice with software. Make sure everything you need to operate FSX correctly is updated. Check on the following...

Updated drivers on all hardware. (Especially your video card)

Windows Updates

.NET Framework (I use 3.5 and I have eliminated many of my issues)

Visual C++ (I also update this everytime I reinstall FSX and any add-on sceneries or aircraft)

Now I am no IT guru, but I did have similar issues and this is how I solved some of them. I make no guarantees.

Also in the squakbox options make youre you hide the transponder that little black box destroys frames on some PCs...all you have to do is click start on squakbox go to transponder and make sure "Flightsimulator transponder is NOT selected..this will remove the black box from the screen and that's it, I reccomend this to everyone who has frame rate issues while using squakbox.
