Exclamation Please Assist

Good day to all reading this post. I need a little bit of help or advice from whoever can provide it. Some of our pilots has been restricted our flights due to a VAFS malfunction or they cannot interact with the rest of us via Team Speak because it's giving a few issues.

The Team Speak problem can be simply resolved with just a few checks of the information they're using to access the Sever, but the issue with VAFS has to be sorted out ASAP!
We need to get these pilots in the air, or back in the air, but their VAFS is not functioning correctly to do so.
I've also gotten reports that Flight Sim hasn't been working correctly either, it either crashes one time after another or just doesn't work.

ISSUES WITH VAFS:
Departure location not being found.
Flight Simulator Connection.
Crashing or not starting at all.

PILOTS IN NEED:
CAY062- VAFS & FSX problems.
CAY1010- VAFS & FSX problems.
CAY1044- VAFS & Team Speak problems. Fairly New Pilot.

I've tried helping out CAY1010, it dosen't seem to be any good, and i've given him my last advise on the problems in another post:

Yes, Nathan's VAFS hasn't been working ever since I can remember him telling me so. We've tried many things to get it back to life, and so have other pilots. It just behaves stubborn as a rock.

I've noticed Nathan, that when you were on another computer, it was working quite fine. Am I right or am I right.?
I would say that you're suffering from a virus of some sort and should have your computer checked out.
For all the hours wasted. You should start to write them down and make sure they're logged in the vataware, so that Jon or Ken can see to adding your lost hours. Until your problem is resolved, this is my final advice to you.
This is all for now, help these pilots to get back in the skies.

Thank You
Andrew M.

When I started out the first day i was on teamspeak I started up VAFS to make sure that everything is working correctly. My flightsim was not connecting to VAFS, I fixed the problem with Ken's help by reinstalling VAFS. That did not wok I hasd fsuipc 4 installed and I though well maybe fsuipc was not working as it is supposed to be I completely unistallled it deleting the folder from C:Program Files and made sure that fsuipc was not on my computer at all I installed it again and it connected so thanks to Ken we got it working. I hope that this will help the pilots with connecting issues!
