Firstly, understand that we are a serious virtual airline, if you are not prepared to put in a few hours a week then this is probably not the virtual airline for you. We encourage our pilots to fly atleast twice a week, we advise that you should have a basic understanding of being a member of a virtual airline and what it requires. One other note to keep in mind is to fly within a month of joining. You would think our new pilots would be silly not to fly with us as soon as they signed up! However, sometimes they may get distracted. Our pilot roster is gradually expanding but we like to keep it as efficient as possible for our loyal members. All That being said, we give the proverbial "boot" to those pilots who haven't been able to fly within 30 days. Of course, if this happens to you for some reason, no need for mass chaos, Just re-apply and we'll put you back on the roster.
