Jonathan Schutte
Favourite Route: KMIA-MWCR
The very first pilot to wear a CAY callsign for a virtual airline, way back in 2007, Jonathan has always been the CEO of Cayman Airways Virtual to date. He lives in the beautiful Cayman Islands in the real world, where he is involved in the aviation industry. Jonathan is in charge of overseeing all of the operations of this airline, also keeping the website and forums up to date.
William HeadlyFavourite Route: LSGG-LOWI
Joined the airline on the 14th of December, 2008. Started as a lowly cabin boy for Cayman Virtual and quickly soared through the ranks. He is now the regional director for our European Division, EuroCay Airlines. Born in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, but now residing in the Cayman Islands, William is actively involved in the Aviation Industry. Any questions regarding the EuroCay Division, or any other division, this man knows exactly what time it is.
Moses VelasquezFavourite Route: MWCR-KTPA
Born in Tampa, Florida, Moses has been with us since the 5th of October, 2009. Moses began as a humble pilot, and dedicated himself to the airline completely. After racking up hundreds of hours, flights and time in our forums, Moses expressed interest in a more dedicated roll within the airline administrative team. He was brought on board as an applications officer and quickly picked up the roll of CaribCay Director of operations, where he currently holds his position.
Ken ReedA doctor by trade in the real world, although, you would be hard pressed to figure that out by speaking with him! Dr. Reed has been with our airline from the very beginning, emails were sent regarding sign up to the airline, before we even had a proper website! Dr. Reed currently finds himself busy with the rewarding task of managing one of our prestigious divisions, AmeriCay Airlines.
Andrew McBeanFavourite Route: CYYZ-LSGG
Andrew has been with us since January 27th, 2010. He has always been a keen, dedicated pilot and this was evident by his dedication to the airline. Andrew resides in the Cayman Islands and currently is still caught up in the education system, but hopes for a career in the aviation industry. Andrew is also involved heavily in the virtual online network of Vatsim, where he is a controller for the Kingston FIR, as well as the Events Director for Vatcar, a position which he also holds within our airline. Want to plan an event? Questions regarding events? This is the man to call.
Tayvis WaltersFavourite Route: MHTG-MWCR
A proud Caymanian, residing on the largest of the 3 islands, Grand Cayman, Tayvis has been with Cayman Virtual since November 15th, 2009. Tayvis began as a pilot just as all of the rest of us, but after years of devotion and hard work, he has become our Applications Director. For all of you that are a part of our incredible organisation, and for those who are looking to become a part, this is the man to contact and the man to thank.
- Events Officer

- Director of Cargo Operations
- Deputy Director of AmeriCay Airlines
Andrew (CAY057)- I felt as though Andrew was our most valuable asset in our latest staff meeting. Team skills. Someone who is not complacent nor totally exerts his will on others; Flexibility. Someone who works well with other staff members and values their efforts and contributions as much as his own. Courtesy. Someone who isn't pushed around but is always listening; Adaptability. Someone who gives his opinion to the staff but is not afraid of rejection and values the opinions of others as much his own; Good attitude. Someone who is not boastful of his position within the airline, nor does he flaunt his administrative powers.
Keep it up!
Jon Schutte - CEO Cayman Virtual
